BREAKFAST AT KATIA’S
Breakfast is served in a fully equipped buffet from where the customer can choose among: filter coffee, instant coffee, decaffeinate, chocolate, tea in various flavours, warm fresh milk, kneaded bread, kneaded seedy bread, toast bread, butter, 2 home-made jams made by season fruits, honey from the local producers, chocolate spread, cereals both plain and chocolate, mousli, selection of compote, fruit-salad, rice-pudding and fruit-flavored jelly, freshly picked eggs in a variety of choices – boiled, omellette, bacon, sausages, assortment of delicacies such as summer sausage, Bologna sausage, ham, turkey, assortment of cheese such as edam, emmental, manouri (semi-soft Greek white cheese), and local galotyri (traditional Greek cheese made by both ovine and goaty milk), yoghurt, walnuts, plums, tomatoes from our garden, olives from our field, assortment of home-made pies such as sweet marrow pie, cheese pie, a type of traditional fried bun, assortment of home-made sweets such as cake, Garibaldi biscuits, apple pie, walnut pie and traditional dessert spoon sweets, various cookies, season fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice almost throughout the year.
MEALS AT KATIA’S
We take up the organization of dinners and meals up to 50 people with a variety of foods, local recipes, mezes, etc, all cooked with fresh local ingredients by the soul of the hotel, Mrs Maria Agrigianni, who is also responsible for the breakfast buffet.
